Mohammed bin Rashid receives President of Georgia

Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received President Giorgi Margvelashvili of Georgia and his accompanying delegation at Za’abeel Palace.
 
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed discussed with his guest means of bolstering cooperation between Georgia and the UAE in presence of Dubai Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
 
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed wished President Margvelashvili a successful and pleasant visit to the UAE.
 
President Margvelashvili highlighted the strong ties between the UAE and Georgia, and expressed confidence of further cooperation and investment in the fields of tourism, agriculture, mining, and other sectors. Margvelashvili praised the level of development the UAE has achieved in infrastructure and modernity.
 
The meeting was attended by Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chief Executive of Emirates Group His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and the Future His Excellency Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs His Excellency Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for International Cooperation Her Excellency Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Director-General of the Dubai Ruler's Court His Excellency Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director-General of Dubai Protocol and Hospitality Department His Excellency Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, UAE Ambassador to Georgia His Excellency Dr. Jassem Mohammed Al Qassimi, and the non-resident Georgian Ambassador to the UAE Roland Beridze.
